Narrative: At approximately 2:48 pm, Wells Fargo Bank at 621 Hickory Street in Texarkana was robbed in a takeover style bank robbery by 2 black males armed with handguns.  Both are described as being approximately 6"0 tall, one larger than the other in build.  Both were dressed in all black with black stockings over their heads and black bandanas around the lower part of their faces.  Witnesses estimate their ages to be in the 20's.  They both wore gloves.  The smaller of the two had a white belt on and the larger had a pair of black Nike shoes with a white swish.  The smaller of the two may be wearing armor under his shirt.  The handguns both appear to be silver in color and at least one is a revolver.  Both subjects demanded everyone get to the floor and both jumped the counter.  They exited within one minute and departed through a wooden fence in which they kicked three boards out of.  A sleeve of money was dropped in the alley behind the bank and it is believed they left the area in an unknown vehicle.  It appears the bank was cased.
